Machinimoo

So it’s been a while since I’ve actually updated this blog, other than to talk about my eternal quest for caffeine. Here is a run down:

• I’m moving to Temecula, CA soon.
• I’m now blonde.
• I’m taking on more machinima projects to help me afford to live in Socal!
• SLRFL is coming up soon!
• The Machinima part of SLCC is going to rock your socks.
• I’m going to try to go to the machimima fest in Europe.
• I just finished this machinima for Manpower:

This was inspired by one of Luth Brodie’s, of Reel Movement, poses in her new “Rawr” pack. I believe it’s pose #10. The Rosie the Riveter influence is unmistakable.

Well, actually, I got back last night, but I’ve been sick. I don’t know what it is about traveling that does me in.

So my thoughts about the Festival will come out in my blog over the next couple of days. I had a really good time, even if I thought SL got robbed in terms of winners, but that’s another blog entry in itself.

As the day wears on, with less than 5 hours to go, we’ve gained a decent following. Due to strong reader response, I’ve decided against napping at this point so that I can bring you the latest coverage. Is anyone still reading? Leave a comment and let me know!

For those of you that just tuned in, Baba Yamamoto and I are “Camping for Philip” to show our love for Second Life’s great leader. We’ve been here for about 7 hours now with just under 5 hours left to go before the Town Hall. We’re at the Pooley Stage if you’d like to come join us.

I’m now almost 5 hours into the camping.  There are about 6 1/2 hours left to go.  We had some curious onlookers stop by, including a Linden.  Several masks were distributed.  I’m getting quite sleepy, but I’m hanging in so far.  We’re still looking for fellow campers for Philip, so come join us or just stop by to show your support!

We’ve gained some supporters in our movement. If you’re bored, just waking up, not working today etc, come join us! If you can’t be online, send me an email and I’ll relay the message in-world! Let Philip know you care!

I spend a lot of time in Second Life, not only because I work for an awesome company, but because I truly enjoy it. Yo Brewster, of SLProfiles, came up with a nifty little program that will scare you to death! It shows you how long you play SL for. I'm oddly curious so I'm giving it a go in this post.
