Pi Islands Community Event

Thanks, Tao, for reminding me! I spent all day yesterday spiffing up my plot so that people could see what I do in SL, but I forgot to blog about it!

For those of you that haven’t heard of the Second Life Developer Archipelago Group (SLDA), it’s a group of islands, mainly Pi and Theta, which house some of the coolest residents on the grid. Here is just a sampling of our residents:

• Mr. Shiny himself, Maxx Monde
• Multigadget creator, Timeless Prototype
• Fabjectory creator, Hal9k Andalso
• LibSL madman and the person responsible for all that sucks, Baba Yamamoto
• Scripter extraordinaire, Hiro Pendragon
• Educational companies
• Two awareness sites: One for breast cancer and the other for domestic abuse

The event is today, Sunday, November 12th, at noon in SL. I encourage everyone to stop by and take a look! (I’m totally stealing the SLURL from Tao. You’re the man!)
